Kelly has been in the defined contribution retirement plan arena for more than 20 years, specializing in plan administration. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at CSU, Chico and is a member of both the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and the National Institute of Pension Administators. In her free time Kelly enjoys photography and travel.
